An outstanding leg-spinner, an excellent batter and an exciting fielder, Georgia Wareham’s talents on the cricket field cannot be underestimated.

A foundation Renegade since the competition’s inception in WBBL|01, the 23-year-old has starred for both club and country – a part of the winning side in both the 2018 and 2020 ICC T20 World Cups while also named Betty Wilson Young Cricketer of the Year in 2019. 

Her WBBL career is similarly impressive, with 64 games under her belt for 323 runs and a highest score of 54 not out, as well as snaring 34 wickets with best figures of 3/19.

Unfortunately, Wareham will not turn out in the red and black this season as she continues her recovery from an ACL injury.
