Faltum is an impressive right-hand batter and wicketkeeper who represented Victoria at all pathway levels.
After spending a season on the Renegades list as a rookie in WBBL|02, she would go on to earn her state and Big Bash caps the following season.
Faltum has represented Australia A on multiple occasions and her leadership qualities have also shone through at a young age, with the 'keeper captaining the Stars in the absence of Meg Lanning in WBBL|08, and leading Victoria when skipper Sophie Molineux is unavailable.
