The list is headlined by the recent addition of explosive English batter Jordan Cox who joins the Renegades fresh from an impressive campaign in the Abu Dhabi T10.
Cox, 23, comes into the squad for Quinton De Kock who was unavailable for selection.
He's one of three fresh faces who joined the Renegades in the offseason including former Stars' Joe Clark and Adam Zampa.
Victorian pair Harry Dixon and Fergus O'Neill earn their spot in the 14-man squad after signing to the Gades during the offseason.
Nic Maddinson, who returns from injury, will lead the squad as Renegades captain with his fellow Victorian teammate Will Sutherland elevated as vice-captain.
Nathan Lyon will also miss as the off-spinner prepares for a big Test summer with the Australian national team.
