Scans revealed Vlaeminck suffered a partial ACL strain to her left knee, which will keep her out of action for five to six weeks.
Vlaeminck made her debut for the Melbourne Renegades on the Opening Weekend of WBBL|04.
She was also a member of Australia's 2018 T20 World Cup-winning team in the Caribbean.
The Renegades will look to announce a replacement player in the coming days.
