The 32-year-old has been prolific in her first season with the Melbourne Renegades.
Kaur, India's T20I captain, is the Renegades' leading run scorer and wicket-taker.
She has plundered 399 runs from 11 innings batting at number four - at an average of 66.5 - and struck 18 sixes, more than any other player in the competition.
With the ball, Kaur has claimed 15 wickets at an average of 20.4.
Kaur has been one factor in the Renegades' rise to second on the ladder, after finishing second-last in WBBL|06.
First-year WBBL head coach Simon Helmot has also made a significant impact to be named the Coach of the Team of the Season.
The Renegades doubled their win count in WBBL|07 - from four wins to eight wins - to record their highest-ever regular season finish and progress through to 'The Challenger'.
It continues Helmot's success as a coach this year, after guiding St Kitts and Nevis to the 2021 Caribbean Premier League title.
